引導式教育
其他本地及海外 專業會議∕期刊 本會發表有關引導式教育的文獻
傳統療法主要為感覺運動缺損提供恢復功能的治療,乃「自下而上1」的治療模式。而Novak(2013)發表有關「最佳實證介入方案」的系統性文獻綜述中指出「自下而上1」 的療法在增進功能方面的延伸效應收效甚微。相較之下,以學習理論為本「自上而下」的療法在這方面卻獲得高質量的實證支持。其治療模式以活動為焦點、情境為 依歸、參與為基礎、附以重複練習及目標導向的介入方法。由此看來,認知神經科學的新發現與當代康復發展新趨勢均朝向匈牙利彼圖教授於上世紀40年代末所創 立的「引導式教育」理念進發。
