Alumna Ms YAM Kwok Fan is ready to participate in the 2024 Paralympics
The Flag Presentation Ceremony for the Hong Kong China Delegation to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games was held at Government House in early August to cheer up Hong Kong athletes participating in this Paralympic Games. Ms YAM Kwok Fan, an alumna of B M Kotewall Memorial School, who will be taking part in the women's T36 100-meter and 200-meter sprint races, as one of the participants Kwok Fan already showed talent in sports when she was a student of at B M Kotewall Memorial School and often represents the school in competitions.
Afterwards, she participated in 2016 and 2020 Paralympic Games, and now she is taking part in this big stage for the third time, Kwok Fan said that she has been practicing hard to get ready for the competition. She hopes to break her personal best record by then. Principal Zoe LAI also attended the flag presentation ceremony, recalled that Kwok Fan has been highly disciplined since she was a young girl and has always followed her coach's guidance. She is confident that she will perform well in Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and wishes her to enjoy the competition experience.
