Work in Mainland, Taiwan and Macau

On 17 June 2016, the Interdepartmental Working Group on Early Intervention of Macau SAR visited the Association. The visitors included Ms Ophelia Chan Cliu Ling, Research Advisory of the 10-Year Rehabilitation Program Plan of Macau SAR government; doctors and representatives from Health Bureau; Department Head and representatives of Education Department, Education and Youth Affairs Bureau; Department Head and representatives of Social Solidarity Department, Social Welfare Bureau, etc. Accompanied by Ms Louisa S. K. Law, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Senior Managers of the Association and Superintendents of the Centre, they visited two service units of the Association, including Shek Wai Kok Pre-school Centre and Shek Wai Kok Parents’ Resource Centre The tour aimed to enhance the visitors’ understandings of the Association’s children and family support service, as well as the special project for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder – "JC A-Connect: Jockey Club Autism Support Network”.
