Alumni Wins Silver Medal in the Boccia Mixed Pairs BC4 event at the Paris Paralympics
Alumnus Cheung Yuen, from the Apleichau Pre-school Centre, teamed up with Master Leung Yuk-wing to compete in the Boccia Mixed Pairs BC4 event at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. Despite facing the world’s top-ranked Colombian sibling duo, they fought hard and ultimately secured a silver medal. Including the individual event, Cheung Yuen won two silver medals this year. Congratulations to her for achieving such an outstanding result in her first Paralympics, which has garnered widespread media attention and coverage!
