2024 Annual General Meeting and Staff Thanksgiving Dinner
First of all, at the 2023/24 AGM, minutes of the previous year's AGM were adopted and Mrs. Josephine M. W. TSUI PANG, BBS, MH, Chairperson of the Association, presented the Association’s annual work report. In addition, the Association's Statement of Accounts and the Reports of the Council and Auditors for the year 2024/25.were reviewed. The election of Council Members 2024/25, appointment of Honorary Advisors and engagement of auditors for the next year were also completed.

The Staff Thanksgiving Dinner was organised immediately following the AGM and featured 68 tables. After Mrs. PANG delivered a speech and presented certificates of appreciation to corporate partners, the dinner was accompanied by the opening of the "My Happy Era @ SAHK" short video segment, "Happy Infinite Award", "Touching Moment Award" and "Most Creative Award”. The three short films that won the awards and shared the joyful moments in the Association. After the warm-up, it was the time for the game "Guess Who I Am” to check everyone’s familiarity with the people and things of the Association. Afterward, the Council Members of the Association presented awards to retiring and long-service staff members to recognise and give thanks for their contribution.
The most excited part of the night was the lucky draw with inclusive prizes. The Staff Thanksgiving Dinner hosted 68 tables which were all filled.
