The On Tai Pre-school Centre recently had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Ronnie HO, President ofthe Rotary Club of the Peak (The Club), along with some wonderful guests from the Rotary Club of Taipei Yang-Te, including President Ms Denise LEE.The Association’s Vice Chairperson Ms Winnie LEUNG and Honorary Treasurer Mr. Mason WU, warmly welcomed the guests, along with our former Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) Ms Edith HUNG, former Deputy Head (Children and Family Support Service) Ms Angel FAN, and Ms April LAI, and the Superintendent of the Centre, Ms TSE Ka Lee. The students and staff were excited to join in the festivities.

After arriving, Mr. Ronnie HO, Ms Denise LEE, and the other guests were given a tour of the Centre. They checked out the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools, physical support aids, and learnt about how we apply Conductive Education and technology, as well as the sensory integration training room, where students dressed up as little animals and had fun interacting with everyone.

The Rotary Club of the Peak has been collaborating with the Association for many years, supporting various projects that help the Association. Their generous contributions have made a significant difference for places like the B M Kotewall Memorial School, the Ko Fook Iu Memorial School, and the Continuing Rehabilitation Centre. Their help was also crucial in setting up the sensory integration training room here at the On Tai Pre-school Centre.

Most recently, the Peak Rotary Club donated $ 295,000 to help improve the Fu Tung Training Centre and Hostel by renovating the training room for the Smart Aging Programme. The Association are incredibly grateful for their continued support and friendship!

The representatives from the Association’s Council and senior management warmly welcome guests from the Rotary Club of the Peak and the Rotary Club of Taipei Yang-Te.
