The Continuing Rehabilitation Centre of the Association provides a wide range of professional services, including Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, Pilates Exercise, Interferential Therapy (IFT), Ultrasound Therapy (US), Electro-magnetic Stimulation (EMS), Extracoporeal Shockwave Therapy and Acupuncture, etc., with the help of novel medical equipment to provide treatment for those in need. Before the treatment begins, professional assessments are conducted to set specific treatment goals for each service user. In view of the large number of chronic pain patients in Hong Kong, the Association’s Continuing Rehabilitation Centre has set up a one-stop pain treatment service.
