The Association’s mobile vehicle visited Tsuen Wan
The Association has been actively developing community support services to enhance the living skills of people with disabilities, assist them integrating into society, and help them lead fulfilling lives. Additionally, the Association aims to support caregivers and reduce their stress. To raise public awareness of the = services, the Association’s mobile vehicle will visit different communities. The, first stop is scheduled for Tsuen Wan District on 26 April. During this visit, we will focus on introducing the service details offered by the SAHK New Territories West Integrated Community Rehabilitation Centre and the Jockey Club Rehabilitation Seating Service Centre. We will also provide health assessments, including: measuring blood pressure and conducting back checks, etc. Professional staff from the Association will be present on site, and everyone is welcome to inquire about our services.

Service Introduction:
SAHK New Territories West Integrated Community Rehabilitation Centre The Centre aims to provide a continuum of coherent and interconnected services for persons with disabilities having intensive care needs and living at home and to provide support to their carers. We will provide integrated day care and home-based support services to be delivered in a flexible manner which will cater for the actual impairment level and changing needs of the persons with severe disabilities.
The Jockey Club Rehabilitation Seating Service CentreThe Centre provide fully customised shaping chair production and wheelchair modification services, as well as rehabilitation equipment rental services, to provide support services for people with disabilities, children, the elderly or community members in need.
