Gear 13 Salon team free haircut for trainees
People with disabilities and their carers often overlook their own needs when providing intensive care. To enhance their quality of life and overall well-being, the Association’s Tin Yiu Workshop invited Gear 13 Salon to offer free haircuts and styling. This initiative aimed to help trainees and their carers feel beautiful and confident.The event also sought to raise public awareness, reminding everyone that people with disabilities and their carers also have the right to pursue beauty and self-esteem. It encourages community to show greater care and concern for their needs.
In addition to providing the haircuts, the Gear 13 Salon team also supported the workshop by purchasing ceramic artworks created by people with disabilities, recognising their creativity. The Association sincerely thanks Gear 13 Salon for bringing warmth and kindness to the workshop.
