To celebrate the Association’s 55th Anniversary, the Association held the "55th Anniversary Kick-off Ceremony cum "I CAN" Art Exhibition 2018” on 13 April 2018, in order to kick-off the series of celebration activities. We were honoured to have Mr. Lau Kong Wah, JP; Secretary for Home Affairs, to be the Officiating Guest of the ceremony.
