Community Support Service
New Territories East Home Support Service
Goal
To provide a package of home-based support services, which include personal care, nursing care and rehabilitation training for persons with severe disabilities, with the aim to enable their continuous stay in the community, relieve the stress of family members/carers of service users; and enhance the quality of life of service users.
Users
Reside in Shatin, Tai Po and North, or Sai Kung districts, and
Meet one of the following criteria:
- Persons with severe intellectual and/or physical disabilities who are on the waiting list for subvented residential care service;
- Persons who are assessed to be eligible for the service in accordance with the Assessment Tool for Home Care Service for Persons with Severe Disabilities;
- Students attending special schools who are with severe intellectual and / or physical disabilities; or
- Carers of the above-mentioned service users.

Service Fee

| *each session lasts for 45 minutes |
Service Hours
Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm （Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays）
