"Telephone Enquiry Service"(TES) 2668 2250
"Telephone Enquiry Service” (TES) of the Professional Support Service to Parents is the pioneer telephone service set up in Hong Kong provided to parents of pre-school children diagnosed to have or suspected to have special needs. "TES” is manned by registered social workers for providing rehabilitation information, practical advices and service referrals, etc. in order to address parents’ concerns and relieve their parenting stress.

Parents/guardians/family members of pre-school children diagnosed to have or suspected to have special needs, including those who are wait-listed or who have been receiving pre-school rehabilitation services.
Characteristics of the Service:- Address parents’ enquiries and concerns by registered social workers.
- Facilitate parents' understanding on child development and relevant rehabilitation services ; and to make use of community resources appropriately.
- Provide immediate emotional support, practical advices to address parents’ needs and relieve their parenting stress.
Service Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday : 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

Managed by SAHK Children and Family Support Service Management Committee.
Source of Income:
Daily expenditure is obtained primarily from Social Welfare Department, as well as donations from both private and charity organizations.

Apart from "Telephone Enquiry Service” (TES), the Centre also provides On-site Professional Support Service.
