Integrated Rehabilitation Service Complex
Siu Lam Greenery Villa
Siu Lam Greenery Villa (Greenery Villa) began operation in December 2023, after SAHK has been awarded by Social Welfare Department as one of the operators of Hong Kong’s largest Integrated Rehabilitation Services Complex in Hong Kong. It provided 310 places for integrated vocational rehabilitation services and residential services for people with disabilities aged 15 or above who need vocational training or support. Greenery Villa is composed of 3 parts, including Tsing Yuet Inn with 75 residential places for persons with moderate mental handicap, Tsing Yau Inn with 75 residential places for persons with severe physical disabilities and Greenery Vocational Rehabilitation Centre with 160 residential places for integrated vocational rehabilitation training and supported employment service.
Greenery Villa applied different vocational training models and advanced technology in facilities, and with the 3 "R" theme of the design to provide service users tailored and comprehensive care and training:
(1) "Reinstate" – being people-oriented and connected to the community:
Greenery Villa has set up "Family Co-living Room” and "Cookery Training Room” for service users and their families gathering. Through various family reunions to strengthen their family bonding. In addition, by inviting groups and people in the community to participate in inclusive workshops such as cooking, gardening and ceramic. Service users could connect with the community and achieve the goal of inclusiveness.
(2) "Respectful" – respect nature, with eco-friendly operation:
Greenery Villa has set up a café serving light meals and rooftop garden, which provided diversified vocational rehabilitation training to service users in a green environment; there are also energy-saving devices, such as sensor lights, etc.
(3) "Responsive" – answer the real daily life needs of servicer users and make good use of the space:
Greenery Villa made good use of the facilities space of the building. In addition to setting up laundry workshops, ceramic rooms and other places to provide diversified vocational rehabilitation training for service users, it also sets up a "Smart Exercise Zone" to introduce intelligent management systems and related treatment equipment to respond the rehabilitation training need of the service users. There is also a "Vitality Space" that allows service users to stretch their muscles by organising various sports, such as dancing, yoga, taekwondo, etc. At the same time, Greenery Villa has received a sponsorship from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and equipped with a range of advanced equipment and systems, including automated medication packaging system, facial recognition anti-wandering system, bed sensing and anti-fall systems, etc., in order to not only respond the medical needs of service users, but to provide them with better protection.

Service Hours
1.Greenery Vocational Rehabilitation Centre
Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
2.Tsing Yau Inn and Tsing Yuet Inn
7-day service, but encourage family reunion on weekends and festive days.
Fee Charges:
In accordance with the guidelines of the Social Welfare Department or Association.
Application Procedures
1.Day and residential service
The service users can be applied in the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services under Social Welfare Department by social workers or medical personnel.
2.Residential Respite Service and supported employment service
